Shipping and Returns Policy

Please Note : Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, processing and shipping delays are expected.

Shipping Information:

Orders checked out with Standard Shipping typically take between 1-2 business days to be processed and shipped. Expedited orders placed before 2:00 p.m. PST will be shipped the same day. Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times, so please account for non-business days when choosing your shipping method. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has been shipped. Powersports Express will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional identification provided for credit verification.

Our primary shipping services are USPS and Fedex. We offer expedited services such as Fedex 2nd Day Mail and Next Day Delivery at Check out (For zip codes that are serviceable under expedited shipping).

Weekends

Please remember that delivery time does not include weekends or holidays.

Standard Shipping

Standard orders are processed once credit card authorization and address verification have been obtained. Orders shipped via standard delivery typically arrive in three (3) to ten (10) business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays) for the Continental United States. We try to ensure that all orders are shipped within 2 business days.

Your product should arrive within 5 to 10 Business Days to a USA address (If it is a high demand product or holiday season, please allow up to 15 days before contacting customer support). Delivery to other Countries vary typically between 10-30 days as the packages have to pass through customs.

Fedex 2 Day Mail

All Second Day Air orders confirmed before 2:00 p.m. PST will be processed the same day pending credit card authorization and verification. Second Day Air orders confirmed after 2:00 p.m. PST will be processed the following business day. Second Day Air orders placed on Friday after 2:00 p.m. PST will be processed on Monday (excluding holidays). 

Handling

All orders will typically be dispatched within 1-2 business days from our US warehouse and all orders will include tracking from dispatch to delivery. All orders will be shipped in durable packaging to ensure your purchase is not damaged during transit. Powersports Express is not responsible for delays, lost or damaged shipments or orders sent to incorrect, invalid addresses or correct addresses. It is always in our best interests to make sure you receive your parcel in a timely manner and Powersports Express will assist as much as possible to trace a missing parcel. Powersports Express is not responsible for refunds of shipping costs in the event of delayed shipping due to product availability.

Cancellations / Changes in Order

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. Our automated system fulfills orders at specific intervals and therefore we cannot make changes or cancel orders once they are placed.  

Refunds & Returns

Powersports Express will offer a refund after deducting a 20% restocking fee on our product if it is in returned in the original, un-used condition, including packaging. This refund will also be minus the real shipping cost incurred for both sending and return. The customer will be required to pay any shipping and customs costs to return our Handset.

When you contact us we will require: 

  • Proof of purchase and/ or Photo(s) of Damaged Goods/Item(s)
  • Reason for Return

Proof of purchase can be presented in two ways

  • Email address and order number 
  • Pictures of items received

If the product is found to be defective, we will replace it with working product(s). This falls under our 30 Day Quality Assurance Guarantee. 

If you still wish to return we have a 30 Day Return policy. When you contact us with an intent to return the product(s), we will provide you with a link to file your return request and generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once we receive the item we will either issue a replacement unit or in store Credit via giftcard within 3-5 business days. 

  • All items should be shipped back in new condition with original packing
  • To avoid loss of items while shipping, we recommend using an insured & trackable shipping method for your returns. If items are not received a refund cannot be processed
  • We are not responsible for packages getting lost on the way to us
  • Once items are received please allow 3-4 business days for the returned product(s) to be inspected and processed.
  • All returns will be charged a 20 percent restocking fee and all shipping costs are non refundable
  • Returns received without a RMA Number will not be honored for refunds.

Replacement / Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. Please provide pictures of damaged shipped goods while contacting us for replacements.
